Winding Woods Manor will design and provide services that meet the needs of all qualified clients and their representatives.

Program Services Include:

A).  Medication Monitoring

B).  Comprehensive Treatment Plans

C).  Assessment of individual skills

D). Group & Individual  Counseling

E).  On-Call RN & Clinical Supervisor

F).  Intervention to protect individual’s from harm

G).  Assistance in Self-Administration of Medication and Medication Monitoring.

H).  3 scheduled weekly outings + outing to religious event of resident’s choosing.

I).  The assurance that the individuals rights are exercised and protected.

J).  Coordination with interdisciplinary teams including, psychiatric and medical doctors, case mangers, therapists, and mentors.

K).  Training in activities of daily living including:

 i).  Cleaning, cooking, laundry
ii).  Self- advocacy/communication training
iii). Maintaining prescribed medication regimen
iv). Encouragement to access community resources
v).  Assistance in budgeting and managing expenses
