About Us


As a licensed Behavioral Health Home Provider  we offer behavioral health programming and stabilization to adults challenged with mental and behavioral health illnesses.

We serve male and female residents age 18 and older who meet our admission criteria. Our residents are those with serious mental illness, general mental health needs, or those with co-occurring disorders.

Residents may be limited in functional capabilities for daily living activities such as interpersonal relationships, homemaking, self- care, employment and recreation.

Residents may be agency referred, court ordered or self-referred.

• To coordinate care with other community agencies and to provide residents and their families with information to helpful resources.

• To assist and support residents in acquiring independent living skills, including medication compliance, decision-making, food preparation and housekeeping.

• To provide meaningful recreational activities and opportunities to socialize with the general community.

• To build relationships of trust between the residents and their families, staff members, social service agencies and the community through honest and open communication.

• To empower our residents through maximum support in order to bring out hidden skills and talents, which encourage creativity, educational and career success.

• To help residents live in harmony with themselves and others throughout their healing and growth.
